In collaboration with CAS we are searching for an experienced Fullstack Developer C#, to join their team and contribute to their cutting-edge software solutions for Radiologists. CAS is a market leader in Austria, providing software solutions that serve over 50% of the country’s medical imaging market, with installations ranging from small setups with 5 users to large systems supporting over 100 users, processing over 700 images daily.
CAS is currently developing the next generation of its highly acclaimed platform, which includes upgrading to a 64-bit architecture, integrating AI capabilities, adding messaging functionalities, and much more. To support this further growth we are looking for you.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the development of the new generation of CAS's platform, as well as refactor part of the legacy code;
- Primarily focus on backend development, with occasional involvement in frontend tasks;
- Collaborate with an international team based in Austria (Gmunden, Vienna) as well as team members from Ukraine (Kyiv) and now Krakow, Poland.
- Operate in an English-first environment to ensure seamless communication across locations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET;
- Understands RDBMS well, preferably Oracle PL/SQL;
- Manages databases effectively, and has strong SQL skills;
- Has some experience in WPF GUIs using XAML and MVVM designs;
- Uses Git (GitLab) proficiently;
- Masters OOP, LINQ, WCF;
- Solves problems efficiently and troubleshoot with ease;
- Maintains a sharp eye for detail and commit to delivering high-quality solutions;
- Understands client-server communication protocols well.
Additionally, it would be helpful if:
- You have experience with DevExpress;
- You master Entity Framework and REST APIs;
- You have some background in Unit Testing and RabbitMQ;
- You have UI/UX design skills;
- You speak German.
